With the conclusion of Act 3, and the conclusion of Act 3 Tribute, we can all safely resume our peaceful lives devoid of boisterous Latin chants and swelling violin tremolos and of course the occasional heartstopping drum beats that only a violent herd of wild mustangs can possibly match.

This is to better facilitate the progress of updates. The Problem Sleuth Epilogue is an example of this.

At key moments in the Homestuck story, I will deem it necessary to captchalogue the preceding frames into a cinematic tribute, forever enshrining the panels in their .gif and .swf glories.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE TRIBUTES

Thanks for all the great comments, guys. But you all know I couldn't make these without Andrew's great animations! They sync so perfectly with the crashing of cymbals and pounding of drums.

FUN FACTS:

It took about 6 hours of labor downloading and saving every frame of the Problem Sleuth adventure. I divvied it up into 3 hours the first night and 3 hours after Chapter 14 was done.
Picking the right song was a dynamic process that always changed from one system to another.
Crashing and lagging was a serious issue that eventually was overcome.
I had to develop innovative ways to get these movies compiled because the sporadic frames were apparently giving my computer a seizure. Most of the "two chapter" movies had to be compiled into 3 seperate parts and then those parts compiled into one.
On average, I completed about three chapters a day.
If you blink, you will miss about 1.5 frames during the "very fast" parts. I added a modest amount of DRAMATIC ZOOMS and ELONGATED PAUSES to give people's eyes a break. Yes, I knew you were subconsciously holding those eyelids by their lashes, err, leashes.
Zanarias, my friend, also acted as my personal critic and consultant of epic moments.
If my calculations are correct, the entire Problem Sleuth epic in all it's .gif-given glory is about 154 MB. Wow!! The Chapters themselves are interestingly varied in size. Chapter 1 is 1.62 MB, the smallest filesize, whereas Chapter 22 is a whopping 31 MB. WHOA!!! The second biggest Chapter, Chapter 21, is only 12 MB. That's some epic shit!
Andrew was probably aware of this, though.
